Experts can make what’s difficult look easy, and it’s our job to demystify the VC jargon and educate – we will empower you to become an expert in VC. We respect knowledge and ensure that we always stay humble.

We are open in our decision making and move at pace. We aim get back to people quickly on decisions that need to be made, not getting too bogged down in detail to be paralysed by indecision. We encourage our entire team to challenge us, to motivate us and to feed into our growing business.

The early-stages of a company’s journey are hard – we need to maintain positivity and creativity when times are tough and learn from every experience as we grow.
